At Inshirtable, we’re ridiculously proud of our small but mighty shop. We know legends like you might have questions before hitting that “order” button, so our team gathered the most common ones and answered them straight up. No fluff, no boring corporate talk. Just real answers, in plain English.
Because yes, we might be from Holland, but our webshop is in English, and so is this FAQ.
About Inshirtable
Q1: Who the heck are you?
We’re Inshirtable. A tiny shop run by beergeeks, film & music freaks, Bon Vivants and design addicts. We toss around ideas, brew up witty t-shirt designs, and ship ‘em to folks everywhere who love beer, fun, deeper toughts, parents and people who simply enjoy life. We're based in Europe and living for quality over quantity. Our main offcie is in Beilen, Holland were Peter is available for your services. Our boots on the ground in Portugal is Sebastiaan! Products & Sizing
Q4: How do I know which size fits me?
usually you stick with your usual t-shirt size. If you’re unsure, ask us before buying, shoot us a message via the contact page and we’ll help you pick. Or E-mail us at hello@inshirtable.eu Every product page has a size table. Check it and you're safe.
Q5: Are the shirts unisex? Women’s fit?
Yessir. Our designs are unisex and have a comfortable fit. You want a slim fit? Just order one size down from our basic shirts.
Q6: What’s the shirt made of?
We keep it soft, comfy, and durable. All our shirts are typically 100% combed ring-spun cotton or a cotton blend when you choose from our selection of colorful shirts. We’ll clarify actual fabric details for each product.
Sustainability & Production
Q7: Are you sustainable or just saying that?
We aim for low-waste. “Less garbage, more space. Give the earth a smiling face.” No warehouses stuffed with dead stock. We print on demand, so only the shirts you order get made. Less waste, more good for the planet.
Q8: Where are the shirts printed?
Close by in Europe! That means less shipping mileage, quicker delivery, and better quality control. We work with one brand with production locations in Estonia, Spain, Portugal and we are working with a Dutch partner in the near future as well!
Returns & Exchanges
Q10: Can I return or exchange my shirt if I don’t like it?
Yeah, but here’s the deal: EU law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive it. You can return it even if it’s not a defect. You cover the return shipping. Make sure it’s unworn and in original condition. You can find the details on our 'refund policy' page.
Q11: What if the shirt arrives damaged or wrong?
That sucks, but we’ll fix it fast. Email us within 14 days of delivery, send pics of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund. We cover this one ofcourse.
Q12: How long until I get my money back?
We process refunds as soon as we get the return. Banks take 3–7 business days to show it in your account after we give the thumbs up. Of course we will keep you posted about the process.
Payments & Security
Q13: What payment methods do you accept?
Everything legal and easy... At least. We used to accept that! There is a small chance since September 2025. Because we are only a small shop, we do not meet the new Shopify requirement to use iDEAL. So they eliminated it from our website. If you don't want to pay with any of the available options like creditcard or Paypal. Feel free to contact Sebastiaan hello@inshirtable.eu and we process your order manually and send you a 'betaalverzoek/tikkie'.
Q14: Is my payment info safe?
Hell yes. We use Shopify’s checkout. It’s PCI-compliant and encrypted. Your card details? We don’t see them.
Q15: Do prices include taxes/shipping?
All prices you see include taxes and shipping fees. No nasty surprises at checkout. We've been told that we could always do the shipping fees in a different way. You see what you get, wherever you are in Europe!
